Pressure class-compliant solutions for outlets below 90° with flange
In addition to the Reinert-Ritz T‑pieces, we offer the option of equipping the outlet with a flange of your choice. The HP flange, special flange and VP flange versions are available for this purpose. This enables the direct connection of fittings or the transition to other pipe materials with a flange connection, which reduces the installation effort.

PE100 T‑piece with flange outlet, long, for HW welding
General preliminary remarks
The molded parts to be offered must be made of material in accordance with the PE100+ Association and comply with DIN EN 12201 with regard to dimensions, tolerances and quality requirements. Proof of production on the basis of a quality assurance system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 must be provided. A certificate in accordance with DIN EN 10204 must be provided by the manufacturer for all molded parts. Alternatively, the body of the molded part must be manufactured from a single piece of homogeneous semi-finished material using the injection molding process, even for more complex structures, in order to ensure the required reinforcement and thus high stability of the molded part. Semi-finished products made from winding rod or other subsequently applied reinforcements are not permitted.
At the outlet, PE100 flange connections must be welded to pipe sections of the same quality in the passages using the HE butt welding process; up to d 630 mm, the inner beads must be removed.
The flange connections must comply with the pressure class and the hole pattern must be designed in accordance with DIN EN 1092–1 PN 10 or PN 16. Depending on the type of mating flange, the flange outlet must be designed as an HP flange or as a special flange with the same nominal width.
The backing flanges must be made of corrosion-free, fiber-reinforced plastic or steel with a plastic coating in accordance with DIN EN 10310.
Optionally available versions: Design according to DIN EN 1092–1 PN 25, stainless steel backing flange, galvanized backing flange, flat sealing without groove and O‑ring or with slotted holes in the PE collar for perfect alignment of the fittings to be connected.
