Joining and expansion sockets anchor point type

The detachable push-fit connection for absorbing axial movements in the pipe run

For non-buried pipe systems, Reinert-Ritz offers detachable push-in joints in the form of the push-in and expansion joint and the double push-in joint, which are fully pressure-resistant and even designed for negative pressure thanks to the EPDM lip seal.
As standard, these are designed with a fixed point for securing the pipe run.
Optionally, the clamp seat can be omitted and/or the lip seal can be selected as an NBR variant.
Transitions to pipes of the same dimensions made of other materials such as PVC are therefore possible.

PE100 push-in and expansion joint in fixed point designGeneralpreliminary remark The fittings to be offered must be made of material in accordance with the PE100+ Association and comply with DIN EN 12201 with regard to dimensions, tolerances and quality requirements. Proof of production on the basis of a quality assurance system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 must be provided. A certificate in accordance with DIN EN 10204 must be provided by the manufacturer for all molded parts. Alternatively, the body of the molded part must be manufactured from a single piece of homogeneous semi-finished material using the injection molding process, even for more complex structures, in order to ensure the required reinforcement and thus high stability of the molded part. Semi-finished products made from winding rod or other subsequently applied reinforcements are not permitted. The fitting as a whole must be designed in accordance with the pressure class.
The spigot end must be designed for the HE butt welding process and correspond to the pipe dimension.
The sealing function must be provided by a System 3S lip seal that permits axial movement of the pipe and is made of an elastomer material suitable for the medium.
EPDM lip seals are to be used for drinking water applications and NBR seals for waste water applications.
The maximum expansion path of the pipe in the push-in and expansion joint must be specified.
When calculating the expansion path, any end collapse of the pipe must be taken into account.
If necessary, countermeasures such as support sleeves must be taken into account.
The fixing clamp must not exert any radial force on the socket body.
