The production of solid rods, like that of hollow rods, from polyeth­ylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) is one of our specialties.
We currently extrude solid rods up to approx. 1600 mm outside diameter.
Solid rods are versatile and high-quality products that are used in various industries.
They are made of polyeth­ylene or propylene, a thermo­plastic material that is charac­terized by its high strength and resis­tance, and are resistant to many solvents and, of course, transport media.
Thanks to their excellent mechanical properties, PE solid rods are easy to work with and can be cut, drilled or milled without any problems.
They are also very durable and highly resistant to ageing, which means they retain their shape and strength even under extreme conditions.

Our solid rods are available in PE 100 black and PP‑R gray (RAL 7032).
The material is available from 200 mm in pipe quality in accor­dance with DIN EN ISO 15494.
Other materials are possible if suffi­cient quantities are ordered.
The standard delivery length is 2000 mm. Individual cuts can be realized in any length.
